No. Minilab is your monthly accounts reviewer. You keep SQL Account, AutoCount, Advelsoft or your accountant — Minilab reads what comes out, finds what does not add up, and hands you the corrections to make in your own software.
Yes. Buildings activate Minilab at zero cost. All core features — WhatsApp AI, case management, guard VMS, attendance, collection engine — are included for JMB/MC committees, funded by the vendors staffing your building.
Vendors and contractors pay only when they use the platform — posting jobs, bidding on tenders, and accessing building networks. No monthly subscription required.
We accept bank transfer, DuitNow QR, and credit/debit cards via Billplz.
